Student Loan Listings

The International student loan is a loan offered to U.S. students studying abroad, and to international students studying in an U.S. college or university. The loan offered to U.S. students can be either a loan for students that are studying abroad or a loan for students that are enrolled in a foreign academic institute for a four year degree. The international student loan is also offered to international students planning to attend a college or university in the U.S. This loan provides financial support to cover academic expenses such as tuition, room and board, books and travel.

Eligibility
For a U.S. Citizen studying abroad or enrolled into a foreign college or university, student or co-signer must meet the following:

Have acceptable credit history
Have proof of employment at least two years, proof of current income
Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

For a Non-U.S. Citizen studying in a U.S. college or university, the student must meet the following:

Must show proof of enrollment into an approved school at least half-time
Must have a U.S. Citizen co-signer

Have acceptable credit and employment history
Have proof of current income

How Much Can I Receive?
The international student loan allows applicants to borrow up to $40,000 a year, with a $130,000 limit. A 0.25% rate of reduction is applicable with no pre-payment penalties and a $25 minimum monthly repayment.
